Founder and Clinical Director of Victorious Kids
Victoria Prooday is a devoted mother of two and a highly respected Occupational Therapist, known for her extensive experience and deep commitment to her field. As the Founder and Clinical Director of Victorious Kids, she channels her extensive background into making a significant impact on the lives of children and their families.
Victoria earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto’s Medical School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University. Her professional journey includes notable roles at the Toronto School Board and the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, where she refined her expertise.
Victoria’s dedication to transforming lives extends beyond her clinical work. Her influential article, "The Silent Tragedy Affecting Today's Children," has been translated into 30 languages and has reached 30 million readers. Additionally, she is a sought-after guest speaker, sharing her insights and expertise with audiences around the world.

Anna Prudovski, MA, Psychologist
Ms. Prudovski is a member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario, a Founding Member of the Canadian Association of Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CACBT), and a Diplomate and the Credentialing Committee Member of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy (ACT). She provides psychological services, as well as ongoing supervision and consultations for the staff.
Dina Kogan, Speech-Language Pathologist
Dina is a dedicated and innovative Speech-Language Pathologist who has experience with both pediatric and adult populations in a variety of clinical settings in the US, Toronto, and Israel. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at York University. She then received her Communicative Disorder Assistant post graduate certification from Durham College.After working for several years as a Communicative Disorders Assistant and feeling passionate about the field, Dina decided to continue her education. She completed her Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the State University of New York at Fredonia.Dina has clinical experience assessing and treating preschoolers, school-aged children, and adolescents with language, articulation, motor speech, and fluency disorders.Dina has also worked with a diverse range of children with developmental disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorders.Dina strives to make the therapy process as effective and enjoyable as possible for the client, while providing support and guidance for family members.
Yulia Goldenberg, B.Ed Teacher
Yulia is a highly skilled and passionate educator with a Bachelor's degree in Education and 26 years of experience teaching children in Israel and Canada. Her dual expertise as both a teacher and a parenting coach specializing in Adlerian philosophy uniquely positions her to benefit children and their parents.
With her extensive teaching background, Yulia has honed the ability to connect with children facing challenges such as self-regulation, learning disabilities, anxiety, ADHD, and Autism. Her positive attitude, exceptional empathy, and use of multi-sensory teaching tools enable her to unlock each child's potential, empowering them with skills for success in life.
As a parenting coach, Yulia extends her impact beyond the classroom by equipping parents with effective strategies to nurture and guide their children. Her coaching emphasizes understanding the child’s perspective, fostering mutual respect, and encouraging positive behavior through natural consequences. This approach helps parents build strong, respectful relationships with their children, tailored to each child’s unique needs and strengths.
By integrating her teaching experience with her coaching expertise, Yulia creates a holistic support system for both children and their parents. Her dedication to making a difference in the world is reflected in her diligent and committed approach, guided and supervised by Victoria Prooday (OT), ensuring that each child's individual needs are met. Erika Goldman, B.Ed. Special Education Teacher
Erika has over 25 years of experience in special education. Through her work, she has proven times and times again that there is a key to unlock every child’s potential. Using multi-sensory teaching strategies, Erika helps children strengthen their attention, confidence and academic success. Erika empowers children with a growth mindset for learning. Erika's program is guided and supervised by Victoria Prooday (OT) based on each child’s individual needs.
Alyssa has extensive experience working with children with self-regulation, language, communication, social, and emotional issues all while collaborating with parents and teachers.
She has a special interest in working with children diagnosed with Anxiety and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Using a play-based approach when working in private, group, and school settings, Alyssa is dedicated to supporting her clients in achieving their goals while simultaneously making therapy engaging and stimulating.
She is trilingual and fluent in English, Russian, and French.
Her therapy program is being guided and supervised by Victoria Prooday (OT) and Dina Kogan (SLP)

Olena Tkachova, MA, Music Therapy Facilitator
Olena Tkachova, with her Master's degree in music and more than twenty years of experience working with children of all ages, has a special interest in working with sensitive children, as well as those diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety, and autism. In her sessions, she harnesses the power of music to unlock the potential of each child. By incorporating music, Olena helps children enhance their self-regulation, play, social, emotional, attentional, speech, and communication skills. Her work has demonstrated the transformative power of music on a child's brain development. With Victoria’s guidance, Olena’s program is being tailored to specific therapy goals.
Nicole Lerman, BA, Dance Therapy facilitator
Nicole is a hardworking and devoted individual that strives to better the lives of those around her. Nicole’s focus has been working in groups and individually with children with learning
disabilities and ASD. She strives to extend every child’s potential to their endless limits through the use of creative methods such as dancing, drawing, and more. She specializes in dance, allowing each child to tap into their unique ways of movement. Nicole’s understanding and feel for sensitivity allows her to connect with, and understand the children that she works with and feel their emotions and needs. Nicole has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology.
Batia Citrin Kenet has a magic connection with children through art, puppetry, mindfulness and meditation. In her sessions, the art is being used as a tools to achieve therapy goals such as overcoming tactile sensitivity, develop attention, fine motor skills, creativity and imagination. Puppetry is being used to develop expressive language, public speaking, social skills and confidence. Meditation is being used as a powerful tool to help children regulate their big emotions and strengthen their self- regulation skills. Batia’s program is guided by Victoria Prooday based on child's specific therapy goal.

Tsilia Dinaburgsky, MSW, RSW, RP
Tsilia Dinaburgsky is a highly skilled and passionate registered social worker and psychotherapist who blends the science of the brain with the art of human connection. With a strong foundation in cognitive science and clinical social work, she has spent over a decade supporting neurotypical and neurodiverse children, teens, adults, and families find the support they’ve been looking for. Tsilia specializes in working with individuals who have ADHD, anxiety, autism, learning disabilities, as well as complex behavioral and emotional challenges. She offers a warm, collaborative space that encourages resilience and meaningful change, ensuring that clients feel safe and receive the comprehensive support they need to succeed. Tsilia also provides support to parents and caregivers, working together to build lasting skills.
Irina, with over 20 years of experience, is highly skilled in working with children experiencing Anxiety, ADHD, and Autism. Her exceptional ability to connect with and understand children allows her to effectively co-regulate their emotions and help them build emotional resilience. Irina's calm energy, combined with her patience and belief in change, has played a pivotal role in the progress of numerous children. She firmly believes in the potential of every child and has shown that positive energy and empathy are key factors in their flourishing.

With over 15 years of experience in education, Elena Yavnik is a dedicated and compassionate professional working with children of all ages. Her passion for teaching is matched only by her deep empathy and commitment to helping each child reach their full potential. Through a combination of positive reinforcement, exceptional emotional intelligence, and innovative multi-sensory teaching strategies, Elena creates a nurturing environment that fosters growth and learning.
Elena has a particular focus on supporting children with learning disabilities, ADHD, and Autism. Whether working one-on-one or in small groups, she tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each child, helping them develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive.

As a creative and hardworking individual with a deep commitment to children’s development, Mika Selitser brings both passion and dedication to her role as a Play Therapy and Art Therapy Facilitator. Mika combines her academic foundation with hands-on experience to support children facing challenges with Autism, ADHD, anxiety, and emotional regulation.
Mika utilizes play and art therapy techniques as engaging tools to help children build confidence, self-regulation, language, communication, social, and academic skills.
With her patience, empathy, and creativity, Mika creates a nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel supported in unlocking their potential and reaching their goals. Mika’s program is guided and supervised by Victoria Prooday (OT). The program is designed for the individual needs of each child.

Michelle Aronov has a deep passion for helping children with autism unlock their potential.
Michelle uses play-based approaches as a powerful tool to engage children in learning and promote development. Through play, Michelle creates a safe and motivating environment where children naturally practice and strengthen essential skills such as self-regulation, communication, social connection, and confidence.
Known for her patience, enthusiasm, and ability to adapt to each child’s unique needs, Michelle ensures that every interaction is both meaningful and enjoyable.
By blending her academic studies in psychology with hands-on experience, Michelle empowers children with autism to feel capable, valued, and confident as they grow toward their full potential.
